Content:  This was the best and most popular product we tested.  The 45-page handbook and the instructional videos are really professional and effective.  Our testers also appreciated the Pocket Hand Selection Chart that Rothman includes as a bonus.  It acts as a cheat-sheet and helps keep you from making mistakes while trying to use the Sit-N-Go Pro system.  The pocket chart is far more advanced than others you find, and is unique in that it takes table position into account.  Everything about this system is user-friendly and easy to follow. 

Jonathon Rothman's Sit-N-Go Pro system teaches you how to achieve consistent results when playing in sit-n-go or SNG tournaments.  The basis of his system is that every SNG tournament follows a similar pattern with beginning, middle, and end phases.  Rothman's handbook explains how to play during each of these game phases, and his instructional video provides real examples of what to do in real-game situations.  Sit-N-Go Pro also comes with a few bonuses including an onlilne E-zine, an audio file of a question and answer session with Rothman, and a free entry into a $250 tournament.

Holdem Secrets

Content:  Professional poker player PD Laughlin has developed 25 strategies and 2 systems for winning at Online Texas Holdem.  His 86-page ebook, Texas Holdem Secrets Exposed, contains tips and strategies for every holdem situation you might encounter.  The writing and instructions are the best we found, and the strategies are clear and easy to follow.  This is a professional product that will set you on the path to winning money playing poker.

You will learn about the importance of table position, pre-flop strategy, post-flop strategy, playing from the button, avoiding bad bets, playing while short-stacked, etc.  Laughlin also includes a video of himself implementing the strategies and systems described in his ebook.  There are a few bonus books, but the real value is in the primary ebook and its systems.

Value:  This product received our highest value rank because of the content and results it provides relative to its cost.  You get tons of valuable bonuses.  At $97, this is a steal.

Black Hat Poker School

Content:  Curtis E has redefined his niche in the poker-guide market and has begun a high-level poker school that promises to give you the skills and knowledge needed to dominate opponents.  Our testers loved the educational format of this program and thought it would be ideal for someone with only basic poker skills.  With Black Hat Poker you essentially purchase a membership.  There are frequent updates and daily lessons and quizzes to make sure you stay sharp and keep getting better.  You can work through the material at whatever pace you choose.  Our only complaint is that Curtis makes some promises that may be a little lofty, but this is hardly unique.  Just be aware that as with any program, you still have to practice and develop the skills being taught.

Value:  Black Hat Poker gives you excellent value despite the $97 price tag.  You get plenty of information and important strategy tips.  You also get daily lessons and updates.

Guarantee/Customer Service:  As with most of the programs we reviewed, Black Hat offers a %100 satisfaction guarantee.  Our questions were answered promptly and fully.

Overall:  This is a very good program.  There is very little separating this program from the top two, and choice becomes largely a matter of finding the one that's right for you.  You should certainly see return on your investment should you choose Black Hat poker.

Online Poker Advantage

Content:  Kim Birch, also known as the "Danish Dragon," has put together a great package of poker resources.  Unlike other sites that offer only an ebook, Birch gives you instant access to a members only area where you can download several ebooks and ask questions through the online contact form.  The Danish Dragon helps you eliminate mistakes, employ winning strategies, reduce the importance of luck, and gain a considerable advantage over your opponents.

Value:  Birch doesn't try to wow you with bonus books, but members do get access to several resources and the tips and strategies he provides are worth the money.  Our testers feel this product has good value.

Guarantee/Customer Service:  Birch offers a full refund for any customer not satisfied with the product.  His reputation is on the line with this product, so you can feel confident you will be satisfied.  Post-purchase customer service is excellent and members can always ask questions using the online contact form.

Overall:  This is a good buy at $49 and is definitely worth a look for anyone seeking professional advice about poker strategies.  These are the straight goods and in some ways it's nice not to have to sift through tons of bonus material.

Poker Sidekick

Content:  This is the most basic and least comprehensive of the programs we tested and reviewed.  You do get some solid poker-strategy tutelage, but most of the information is hardly secret and can be found through some determined internet surfing.  We included this product in our test group to make sure we gave an inexpensive program a fair look. 

Value:  At $30 Poker Sidekick gives you okay value.  You get the basics, but you miss out on the video tutorials, audio files, software, and other bonuses included in the programs ranked ahead of this one.

Guarantee/Customer Service:  Poker Sidekick offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but details of this offer are not provided.  Service was not as prompt or helpful as with the other programs.

Overall:  If budget is a key factor, then give Poker Sidekick a look; otherwise, and it's worth a little financial stretch, go for one of the top four programs.
